JOB OPPORTUNITIES

our process

Application

Our online application is designed to ensure that we can capture all of your skills and experience accurately. This is where you will share you CV and education certificates. If you meet the minimum criteria you will move to our Online Testing stage.

Online Testing

If we have accepted your application you will be invited to complete a series of online tests. These will be a series of psychometric tests that will asses your cognitive skills, behavioral preferences and numerical and verbal reasoning abilities.

Video Interview

If your test scores meet our criteria you will be invited to complete a Video Interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team. This is where we will finally get to meet you 'in person'. This interview will assess your motivations and career aspirations.

Assessment

The Assessment stage is where you will get the opportunity to meet the Kuwait Steel Management team. You will learn more about Kuwait Steel and take part in a series of group and individual activities related to our day-to-day operations.

Outcome

After you have taken part in our Assessment stage we will let you know if you have been successful. You will receive a call providing you with feedback whatever the outcome, which will be followed up with a written feedback report.
