Al-Adan Hospital expansion

Totaling of 220,000 m2, the new hospital building will provide 632 beds over 14 floors. An additional 280,000 m2 of support facilities include: General Surgical unit, Same Day Surgery, Nutrition and Dietetics, Adult and Pediatrics Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation unit, Hospital Administration and Multistory Car parks.

Kuwait Airport- New Terminal (T2)

1st Largest LEED Gold Certified Building in The World. 25 Million Passengers Per Year Capacity, Seven Times the Population of Kuwait. 750,000 m2 Total Closed Area of The Project Two Times More Than That of Burj Khalifa.

Farwaniya Hospital

The project scope of work involves construction of a new 955-bed annex that includes 5 new building with main building covering 230,000 square meters to an existing Hospital and associated facilities making it the country’s largest. Other facilities include Dental Center, 17,000 square meters Central Nutrition, 3,540 square meters and 9,520 square meter car park for 1,400 cars and MEP services. 

SH. Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Causeway

The 48.5 Km Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Causeway built under Kuwait Vision 2035 plan with an estimated construction value of approximately US$3 billion. The causeway is part of the first phase of the Silk City project and connects Kuwait City with northern Kuwait. 

Al Hamra Tower

The Al Hamra Tower skyscraper is the tallest building in Kuwait at 414 m (1,358 ft) and is the tallest carved concrete skyscraper in the world. Construction commenced in 2005 and was completed in 2011.

Kuwait University

The Sabah Al Salem University Project in Al Shadadiyah is based on an approximate area of 6,000,000 sqm and will deliver a complete ‘University City’ development for campus education buildings and all their related support facilities.
